The Train the Trainer – Food Safety course is designed for individuals
who aspire to become certified food safety trainers. This comprehensive program
equips participants with the knowledge of food hygiene practices, food safety
legislation, and hazard control, alongside the instructional skills necessary
to deliver effective food safety training. The course covers key areas such as
foodborne illness prevention, HACCP principles, safe food handling, and
sanitation procedures. Participants will also develop strong training
capabilities using adult learning methods, communication strategies, and
learner engagement techniques to ensure effective knowledge transfer in food
safety education.
This qualification is
assessed through practical evaluations and Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs).
Learners must achieve the required passing score in both components to receive
certification.
