The Train the Trainer – Marine & Offshore course is tailored for
individuals aiming to become certified trainers in marine and offshore safety
operations. This comprehensive program provides participants with in-depth
knowledge of maritime and offshore industry hazards, regulatory compliance,
emergency preparedness, and risk mitigation strategies. Alongside technical
content, the course equips learners with instructional techniques, adult
learning theories, and communication strategies required to deliver impactful
training in high-risk marine and offshore environments. Participants will
develop the skills necessary to train others in safe practices for offshore installations,
vessel operations, and marine emergency response.
This qualification is
assessed through practical evaluations and Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs).
Learners must attain the required pass mark in both assessments to obtain certification.
The recommended duration for this qualification is 7 days. This period may be extended to accommodate additional learning needs if necessary, but it cannot be reduced.
