The Specialist Level
in Certified Safety Trainer is an advanced certification designed for
professionals who are responsible for delivering safety training in high-risk
and complex environments. This course builds on foundational knowledge of
health and safety training and focuses on the development, delivery, and
evaluation of advanced safety programs. Participants will gain expertise in
creating safety training modules, conducting assessments, and ensuring the
highest standards of training quality. The program prepares trainers to handle
a wide range of industries, including construction, manufacturing, oil &
gas, and other high-hazard sectors, while promoting a safety culture and
compliance with local and international regulations.
This qualification is
assessed through practical demonstrations, scenario-based assignments, and
Multiple-Choice Questions (MCQs). Participants must achieve the required
passing score in all assessment areas to obtain certification.
The recommended course duration is 7 days. This may be extended to accommodate additional learning needs but cannot be shortened due to the advanced nature of the course.
